Jeremy is a senior operations executive with 15+ years of leadership experience across hospitality, real estate, telecommunications and diversified conglomerates in Cambodia and the UK. As Operations Director, he specializes in business transformation, operational turnarounds, and commercial growth, with a strong track record of building and restructuring business units to drive profitability in complex, fast-paced environments. Jeremy combines sharp commercial acumen with deep expertise in talent leadership, cost optimization, and organizational change, thriving in both startups and mature enterprises alike.
TIM MONTERO
Business Development Director
Tim is a seasoned Filipino business leader with over two decades of experience in Cambodia. He has built a strong career at Top Recruitment and Consulting Cambodia, advancing from Senior Recruitment Consultant to his current role as Business Development Director, having previously served as Operations Director and Senior Business Development Specialist.
Alongside this, Tim serves as Chairman and President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Business Association in Cambodia (PhilCham), driving bilateral trade and economic diplomacy between the two countries. Known for his strategic acumen and cross-cultural expertise, he leverages his extensive network to empower the Filipino business community and contribute to Cambodia’s economic landscape.
