Kevin has worked in SE Asia since 1989 in the commercial and public sectors. In 2006 he founded Top Recruitment Cambodia, the country’s leading recruitment agency, to provide international standard executive search and selection services. He has in-depth knowledge and experience of the human resources issues faced by companies in a rapidly expanding economy.
Kevin has consulted on human resources capacity development for the infrastructure sector and as a business owner he focusses on effective commercial solutions for a wide range of clients.

Since 2007 he has been leading a team of recruiters in the challenging Cambodia market. Originally from the UK, Kevin has lived and worked in India, West Africa, Pacific Region and South East Asia for nine years, principally in the Telecoms industry. Kevin’s expertise is Enterprise, Sales & Marketing and Operations, especially in emerging markets. He brings experience in leadership and management to Top Recruitment and his passions are for people development and developing the business.
